# InNeed Privacy Policy **Effective date:** July 1, 2026 **Last updated:** July 26, 2026 **Version:** 1.0.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Express, Inc., a New York corporation (**"InNeed," "we," "us,"** or **"our"**), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the InNeed mobile application, the website at https://inneed.io, and related services (together, the **"Service"**). It is part of and incorporated into our [Terms of Service](https://inneed.io/legal/terms). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. --- ## 1. Our approach to your privacy InNeed is built around a simple idea: your information serves you and the people you choose to share it with — not us, and not advertisers. So, as commitments we hold ourselves to: - **We do not sell your personal information**, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. - **We do not show you third-party ads**, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. - **We do not create, sell, or share credit scores, "trust scores," or any portable reputation** about you, and we do not report your activity to credit bureaus or consumer-reporting agencies. - **We collect the minimum** we need to make the Service work and keep it secure. - **We never see or handle your money.** Money you send or receive happens outside the Service, so we do not collect your payment-card or bank-account numbers. The rest of this policy describes the details. --- ## 2. Information we collect **2.1 Information you provide.** - **Account information** — such as your name and email address, created when you sign in or register. - **Your circle** — the contacts you choose to add, and the information you record about them (such as a name or contact detail) so you can track arrangements with them. See Section 3 about information relating to other people. - **Arrangement information** — the agreements you record (such as a loan), their terms and amounts, and the activity you log within them (cash movements you record, acknowledgments, notes, reactions, and any references or endorsements you write). - **Communications** — messages you send us, such as support requests, and your responses to surveys or prompts. **2.2 Information collected automatically.** - **Device and technical information** — such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, and similar settings. - **Usage and diagnostic information** — such as features used, interactions, crash reports, and performance data, used to operate and improve the Service. - **Log information** — such as IP address and timestamps, recorded for security and reliability. - **Push tokens** — an identifier used to deliver push notifications, if you enable them. **2.3 Information we do not collect.** We do not collect your payment-card or bank-account numbers, and we do not collect precise geolocation. We do not request sensitive categories of information (such as health, biometric, or government-ID data) to provide the core Service. --- ## 3. Information about other people When you add a contact or record an arrangement, you may provide information about another person. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share that information with us for these purposes. We use information about your contacts only to provide the Service to you and, where you direct it, to the relevant counterparty — never to market to them and never to build a profile about them. If you are a person whose information was added by a User and you have a question or request, contact us at privacy@inneed.io. --- ## 4. How we use information We use the information described above to: - provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including letting you and your chosen counterparties keep a shared record of your arrangements; - authenticate you and keep your account secure; - send you service-related communications and, if enabled, push notifications; - respond to your support requests; - monitor, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service, and develop new features; - detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and - comply with law and enforce our agreements. We do **not** use your information for third-party advertising, for selling, or to build external credit, reputation, or "trust" profiles. --- ## 5. How we share information We share information only in these limited ways: - **With other Users you direct.** The core purpose of the Service is to share a record with a counterparty. Information you put into an agreement (such as terms, amounts, notes, and acknowledgments) is visible to the other Users in that agreement. Share thoughtfully. - **With service providers.** We use vendors that process information on our behalf to run the Service — for example, cloud hosting, authentication, push-notification delivery, and error/diagnostics tooling. They may use the information only to perform services for us, under contract. - **For legal and safety reasons.** We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, legal process, or government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of InNeed, our Users, or the public. - **In a business transfer.** If the operation of InNeed changes hands — for example, through incorporation of the business, a reorganization, a change in the individual or entity operating it, a merger, or a sale of assets — information may be transferred to the successor, which will remain bound by commitments consistent with this Privacy Policy. (See the corresponding assignment provision in the Terms of Service.) - **With your consent**, for anything else. We do **not** sell your personal information and do **not** share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. --- ## 6. Your choices and rights - **Access, correction, and deletion.** You can view and edit much of your information in the app. You may delete your account, which deletes or de-identifies your personal information except as we are required or permitted to retain it (see Section 7). To make a request, use the in-app controls or contact privacy@inneed.io. - **Push notifications.** You can turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time. - **U.S. state privacy rights.** Depending on your state of residence (for example, California and several other U.S. states), you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out of those activities. To exercise any right, contact privacy@inneed.io; we will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We honor these rights regardless of where you live, to the extent practical. --- ## 7. Data retention We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements. Because an arrangement is a shared record, information you have already shared with a counterparty may remain in that counterparty's records after you delete your account. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you. --- ## 8. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us at privacy@inneed.io if you suspect any unauthorized access. --- ## 9. Children's privacy The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@inneed.io and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. --- ## 10. International users and data location The Service is operated from the United States of America and is currently directed to users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your location. --- ## 11. Third-party services and links The Service may link to or rely on third-party services that we do not control (for example, payment apps you use to move money between yourselves, app stores, and authentication providers). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. --- ## 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date or by notifying you in the Service). Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. --- ## 13. Contact us Questions or requests about your privacy?
